We sadly lost Jeremy on Sunday 23rd May 2021, after his hard 5 month battle with cancer after being diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour in December. 

Jeremy spent his last week at Countess Mountbatten hospice, where he was cared for wonderfully and seemed to be at peace.

We would like to as a family raise funds for the hospice to recognise the outstanding support and care they provided not only Jeremy in his final days but also to us all as a family to make an awful situation a little bit easier❤️
