Myself and a few colleagues ran the Manchester 10k on February 28 to raise money for Cancer Research UK. 

Having lost my dad 10 years ago this December to cancer, it's an illness that is very close to my heart. 

After completing the 10K in good form, we are now all signing up for the Leeds Half Marathon!
