We Raise funds for our HM forces community to support serving, families and Veterans

Story

I am the deputy headteacher at Montgomery Junior School. I jumped from 14,000 feet and free fall at 170mph in order to raise funds for two amazing causes.

Inspired and supported by the Red Devils,  the official parachute display team of the British Army and The Parachute Regiment based in Colchester, we want to support the Airborne Gunner Trust and Montgomery Junior School

I have been a member of the teaching staff at the school for the past 26 years. The school is situated on the garrison estate and has a history of strong links with the military. Currently 50% of the families that come to our school have a family member serving in the military.  We have recently established a new athletics team and are seeking funds to purchase kits for the school children.

The Airborne Gunner Trust is the official charity of 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery.
It enhances the welfare provision to its serving and veteran members, including their families, whilst also supporting the local community. Our mission is to enhance support to and wellbeing of our serving Soldiers, Veterans, their families and where possible the local community. The Airborne Gunner Trust is a registered Charity and is managed in our own time by serving Trustees around our full time jobs. 100% of the monies donated go into the Charity in line with mission statement.

Please hit the "Give Now" button, donate generously and I will
happily throw myself out of the plane on 14th September 2022. Securely fastened to one of the Red Devils, of course.
