Someone I love has Kidney Failure, I have seen first hand what this can do to people and their families. We can help change lives of those affected, by providing them with the equipment, training, and freedom to choose how they control their lives and not how their condition controls them.

Six Counties have a magazine and website that has helped us so much with the information they provide. They run Christmas events for those who have no family or are living alone. Thank you for being human! 

I am happy to take on a team to raise as much as we can to help Six counties continue with their brilliant work and kindness.
