Fundraising for St Mark's Hospital Foundation
Story
In memory of our beloved brother who sadly passed away on 16th May. In these difficult times if you would like to help us commemorate and celebrate his life we'd like to ask for donations to a cause very close to his and our hearts: St Mark's Hospital Foundation.
Jit was a patient at St Mark's Hospital for more than 23 years who provided care, treatment and ongoing support in his struggle with Crohn's disease and more recently colorectal cancer.
From IBD nurses to surgeons, the care Jit received was phenomenal. Everybody was personable, professional and exceptional in the care they delivered. In his time receiving treatment he and we as a family made lasting friendships.
