This charity work is close to my heart as my Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers last year. The Alzheimers society is a great support to sufferers and their families.

I thought maybe one 10k run but wanted a "real challenge" so I decided to go for this four 10k race challenge.

My fund raising efforts may not save my Mum but it will go a long way to support sufferers like my Mum and their families now and also it will go towards supporting families in the future. xx
