Well I dont know how I got into this as I was just going to be the physio with a sponge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the fit people (and me) from Shrewsbury Town Football Club are taking part in It's a Knockout on 26th September at the Quarry in Shrewsbury.

Our team name is "Shrewsbury's Finest"  mmmmmmm well we shall see!!!!!!!

I suggest someone brings ice packs and there are stretchers and ambulances in attendance and yes thats just for me!!!!!!

If you can come along it will be a great day and it will most certainly be a laugh and all in a good cause for the fantastic work  Hope House Hospice do.
