Story
A son, a grandson, a brother, a friend, a boyfriend, a work colleague, a husband, a step father, an uncle, a grandfather, the list goes on. Wayne was many things to many people and we will all miss his smile, his laugher, his support and his love.
He was the centre of the universe to so many of us and liked to live life to the fullest, a trait that so many of us should take note of.
Wayne was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 17. A time when you're at your most self aware, but Wayne never let epilepsy define him. People / work places would try, but Wayne would happily prove them wrong time and time again.
Wayne was; so kind, so loving, so strong. Such a generous man who always smiled with a twinkle in his eye, which gave you a window into the real Wayne.
As one ofhis favorite rally drivers; Colin McRae said: “We’re here for a good time and not a long time” I think Wayne lived up to that mantra.
Please donate to Epilepsy Wales so they can support others not as strong as Wayne, so the condition doesn't go on to define them.
