I'm sure we've all been hugely saddened by the horrific scenes we're seeing daily on media news feeds from Ukraine. The courage & resilience of the Ukrainian people has been remarkable & humbling.

We want to co-ordinate a response from the Oldfield Old Boys Youth Rugby to help in a small way.

Andrew Moore (Oldfield U13s Coach) is heading to Ukraine on Monday. Andrew will be working with an org called UK-Med ( https://www.uk-med.org/what-we-do) who provide emergency medical support in war torn regions. This is much needed humanitarian support & life saving work on the ground in Ukraine.

On Saturday 19th & 20th March we will be raising funds for the Charity response that Andrew is involved in, getting medical supplies & treatment to those who need it in Ukraine 🇺🇦.

We will be doing the following on Sat 19th & Sun 20th March (with more information to follow during the week ahead)
1) All proceeds from Kitchen food & drink sales
2) A cake sale (get baking folks)
3) Recycling kit sale
4) Collection points at the tuck shop & Kitchen
5) DOE volunteers collecting from parent spectators

You guys are always fantastic is supporting worthy causes...This is the biggest yet 💙💛
