Since 2011, The Syrian conflict has created the worst humanitarian crisis of our time. 13.1 million people in need in Syria. I will be asking our ummah to raise awareness of this and help me raise money for the Charity called Muslim Global Relief for Syria. To boost this fundraiser I will be baking my signature brownies to sell during April and more information will be given about this on my Instagram ( blissbrownies.co) and you can also message me on Snapchat /WhatsApp I  have recently decided to start a baking business inshallah all goes well. From these donations i will give 40% of the profits to Muslim Global Relief. Anyone can donate as much money as they want even if theyre not buying brownies, even as little as £1 or £0.50 can make a difference especially during this blessed month of Ramadan where your rewards are multiplied and your dua’as are greatly received. At Muslim Global Relief they kick-start development in remote villages around the world, empowering rural communities by providing the basic necessities of life from Water, Sanitation, Education, Livelihood and Socio-Economic Development thus lifting them out of poverty. They were also awarded the UKs Best Muslim Charity recognised for their outstanding work. From this i want to dedicate the money raised to support our Syrian people and provide Emergency Medical Aid For The Wounded And Injured who desperately need medical attention.We aim to reach as many people as possible with your donations.

The Syrian war continues to inflict incomprehensible levels of suffering on civilians, with hundreds of thousands of people killed. More than six million Syrians are displaced inside the country, while another five million have refugees having fled to neighbouring countries for relative safety.

The war in Syria has been going on for the past 10 years, with far too many lives lost. At least half a million are dead, over 100,000 remain missing, and 12.5 million (over half the population) are displaced, internally and externally. With an economy crippled by years of all-out war, over 90% of Syrians now live under the poverty line and an average state salary amounts to a mere $10. The lives of most Syrians now are filled with hardship. IDPs and refugees live in deplorable conditions, harder than they have been at any time in the past decade.

Particular emphasis has been given to providing emergency medical relief & medical supplies. The crisis in Syria has resulted in mass casualties leaving us with an ever present need to get people the appropriate medical care and to ensure the injured have access to appropriate medical treatment. Muslim Global Relief has created the Mobile Health Clinic which is providing emergency medical care to 5 million Syria Refugees.
