I am participating in the #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge for Our Time! We know physical activity can have a massive impact on our mood and mental well-being. To promote this, and also the fantastic work Our Time are doing to support children and young people whose parents have a mental illness, I'm committing to 30 days of HIIT. During these 30 days I pledge to spend at least 10 minutes each day doing high intensity interval training.
