Fundraising for Crisis
Story
Ok folks,
This is my annual grovel to friends, family, colleagues and even strangers (should you wish to forward this on) to sponsor me for Crisis.
However this year I have raised my game and am doing a triathlon, and for those who REALLY know me “STOP LAUGHING” and “Yes I will do it”
Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people and is a charity very close to my heart; Crisis transforms the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalised individuals, and is so much more than just soup and blankets. As you are aware I have volunteered for the past three years at their Christmas open centres, and it is an overwhelming and emotional experience for both our guests and the volunteers alike…
…Christmas just would not be Christmas unless I was at a Crisis Open Centre

Just like Jerry Springer, I have a final thought!
When you go home, kick off your shoes, and relax in front of the TV, or with a good book. Whilst you reflect on your day in the office or out with friends think about not having any of those luxuries, and how empty and isolating life would be. By sponsoring me for this event you will help will help rebuild, refocus and give many people the chance they need and deserve.
