As you may know my mam was obsessed with dogs, boxers in particular but to be honest it didn't really matter. If a dog went by she would be there to stroke it in a shot. (and you all wonder where I get it from!) 

Pawz for Thought are a small charity in Sunderland that help with rehoming and taking care of pets in the area and she would love that any money that could have been collected at her funeral would go towards helping them. As a small charity I have no doubt that they will be struggling under the current worldwide situation that we find ourselves in. 

Even if it's just a small token gesture to you it could mean so much to a charity like this.
