Story
Hello dear friends. Thank you for finding my JustGiving page which I have set up for people to donate to BEWT - the Billie Elizabeth Wood Trust.
BEWT was set up in memory of Billie Elizabeth Wood, the daughter of my friends Sophie and Richard Wood, and brother to Max. Billie died suddenly last year following a subarachnoid haemorrage. She was aged just 25.
BEWT is raising money to support research into these haemorrages and in particular the vasospasms which can often follow and which in Billie's case proved fatal. Sophie and Richard are in discussions with specialists from the Southmead Neurological Department who are keen to support them and facilitate potentially life-saving research into this field.
It would be great if you could make a contribution, and would be such a comfort to the family.
