The Cape to Cape Rally is organised by Dennis Greenslade who, over the last decade has run this event which has raised the tremendous sum of £557,000 so far.  Dennis became involved with Macmillan in Cornwall over 10 years ago. His passion for classic cars and fundraising led to the “Cape to Cape” tour from Scotland to Cornwall. After sadly losing his wife Tricia, he became even more determined to fundraise for Macmillan and the event grew over the next few years, attracting cars from across Europe. Macmillan has recognised his outstanding efforts and last year he was awarded the Sir Hugh Dundas Volunteer of the year award.

For 2015 the rally will run from Cap de la Hague on the north coast of France to Cap St Martin on the Cote d'Azur using the same historic roads and mountain passes as the Monte Carlo and Alpine rallies.  Alex & Jane, as competitors in their 43 year old Porsche, are helping Dennis to raise the total to over £600,000.
