Wave Café (We Are All Valued Equally) is a vibrant café and arts centre bringing people with and without learning disabilities together in a truly inclusive, warm atmosphere. 

I teach an Inclusive Movement & Well-Being class there every Thursday and I absolutely love working with this wonderful group of people, and all donations towards this charity are gratefully received. 

It was established to promote social inclusion and raise public awareness of the issues faced by people with learning difficulties. Teenagers from local schools and families come after school to participate in the arts programme. Young people with disabilities from local schools and colleges are part of the Internship programme, providing the opportunity to learn important work and life skills to develop independence.
