James' Skydive for TAH

James
Pigott is in his fifties and presently rents a room in one of TAH’s ‘move on’
residences. From early adulthood until fairly recently he had a nomadic but
contented life, working on the land around the UK. Now, sadly, James has succumbed to an illness
called ataxia, which progressively lessens his ability to balance. He walks with a stick and it will not be
long before he will need a proper walking frame to achieve any mobility.
Top
of James’ bucket list is a parachute jump – to recapture the adrenalin rush
that he used to get from his motor bikes and to regain some confidence.
His doctor seems to agree that this kind of activity has a benefit and
James has vowed to raise money for TAH’s work by making ‘a leap of faith’!
James has already raised £100, please help him raise the additional £50.
Please
urge James on by sponsoring his skydiving which he will be doing in tandem on
22nd April at Dunkeswell Airfield. The will is there and only bad weather could stop this leap for mankind!
