Last year I took part in the 3 peaks challenge raising money for the NSPCC on the way.  This year I'm orgainsing the Scotland Coast to Coast event which will see a team of 23 Matalan colleagues cross the width of Scotland over 2 days, during this time we will run 28 miles, cycle 76, kayak 3 and finish with 2 brief sprints. Yes thats over 105 miles!

NSPCC is a great cause so please dig deep.
