Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

I'll be running the Standard Chartered Bangkok Marathon in November 2014 in aid of Help for Heroes. It will be my first marathon but those who know me know that I'm not adverse to a little bit of a challenge.

Help for Heroes is a charity particularly close to my own heart. The work H4H do is exemplary, supporting the brave men and women who have been wounded in the line of duty and providing ongoing care and assistance. Most of us have links to the Services, be it through friends or loved ones, so please do your part to help out our heroes and donate.
