Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am taking up the challenge of riding the London to Brighton because it is something I have always wanted to do & also to celebrate finishing my course in teaching. It will be difficult, particularly as I'm only going to start training for it a couple of weeks before which is not ideal! But it will be a deep & spiritual journey which is effectively my life journey (born in London, moved to Brighton in childhood) in microcosm! I have made the journey as many times as a seasoned commuter by train & car but am very excited about making it on my beautiful vintage road bike, especially getting to the top of the beacon & ofcourse getting onto the finishing straight at marine parade.
