uShakedown is a weight-loss challenge for men and women, which is designed to support a healthier lifestyle and encourage weight loss. Our group are supporting Keren Shabbos who provide Shabbos Food to hundreds of local families.

Keren Shabbos is very likely providing basic food for someone you know, someone who lives close to you.Keren Shabbos provides Shabbos & Yom Tov food to over 300 London Families & 700 Children! ! 

A zero overheads Charity with an annual budget of over £530k.Help make a difference to families in your community.We are shaking down for Keren Shabbos - Loosing weight as a group over 6 weeks and raising awareness and support for Keren Shabbos.
