2 years ago I re homed Murphy & Flynn from Irish Retriever Rescue.  They were rescued after their previous owners moved house and left them behind to fend for themselves. 

On 16th June I’m running the 5K Gung Ho inflatable obstacle course to raise much needed funds for IRR to enable them to rescue more dogs in need. 

I haven’t run for over 8 years because of injuries but wanted to compete in an event outside of my comfort zone. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and please donate if you can.
