Story

Our grandfathers, Sim and Gary, are among the lucky ones.  They both are prostate cancer survivors.  Did you know that every 20 minutes a man dies from prostate cancer?  But, if prostate cancer is caught early, there is a 99% survival rate.  

We are combining two things that we love- our grandfathers' cause and physical fitness- to fundraise for Generation ZERO.  We hope to promote early testing, support patients and families, and help build the first generation of men free from the pain and suffering of prostate cancer.  Specifically, we are raising money for ZERO's COVID-19 fund, as compromised men with prostate cancer can be even more vulnerable to COVID-19.  

There are a few ways that you can help raise awareness and enable life-saving early detection.  In honor of Father's Day, we are challenging you to participate in a fun partner workout with Jack and Charlie Workouts .
