Devoted husband, father and former professional rugby player Jack Adams (34) is sadly suffering from cancer.
This was first diagnosed, out of the blue, in just mid-April 2021. He's received treatment and has been incredibly brave and remained in good spirits throughout. However, unfortunately treatment has not proved successful, Jack is now terminal, so the outcome we have most feared is soon likely to come to pass.
Jack lived for rugby and is proud to have represented all of the club's he played for at a senior level, be it Gloucester, Bristol, Moseley, Cinderford or Chinnor.
Since retiring in 2017, Jack has devoted himself to his family and to his new career in construction management as well as coaching his local senior rugby teams.
This campaign is to raise funds to support Jack's favourite charity and to provide some future security for his children. Any money raised will be shared between Jack's family and Maggie's Centres.
