Story
It's been a tough year and the effect on everybody's mental health has been immeasurable. More so than ever, I'd like to take this opportunity to help others and do my bit to raise funds for Mind. Exercise is a fantastic tool to help with your mental health so I'm taking up some of my own.
From the 1st July, I'll be embarking on a 50 day challenge where every day I'll be doing 100 sit-ups, 100 press-ups and 100 squats alongside an attempt to run a total of 100km within those 50 days.
I'll be personally donating £1 for every day that I manage it and an extra £25 if by some miracle, I drag myself through it!
Please help me raise some funds to help this fantastic charity and once I figure out the ins and outs of making somewhat watchable videos, I'll be sure to share!
Here's a little bit about the charity I'm supporting:
We work towards a society where anyone who experiences mental distress is supported in their recovery, empowered to reach their full potential, and they and their family/Carers are free from stigma and discrimination. We receive no core funding from the national organisation and are very reliant on donations and fundraising to continue serving Stockport with mental health support services.
Cheers,
Jason
