I will be doing the Windsor Triathlon (1.5km swim, 42km bike and 10km run, 53.5km total) along with 30 other friends in memory of Mary Coleman, the sister of a friend of mine Paul Reidy. Mary passed away last summer to Pancreatic Cancer.  

My selected charity does great work in the area. This Cancer is very aggressive in its nature and only a small percentage of people survive once diagnosed. By donating we have a chance to change that.  There are number of events being organised this year for Mary so please donate.  All donations welcome, big or small.
