Alongside the 6 years of political unrest, Yemen has been devastated by one of the worst famines in the last 100 years. Furthermore, the corona virus pandemic is killing one in five people. The health facilities have been destroyed, international funds have been cut, leaving the people to survive on next to nothing. Mercy Worldwide will be working with our team on the ground in Yemen to provide the helpless and needy with weekly food packs. The food packs will provide the people with a small relief in their huge struggles and help feed a family for a week with each pack donated.
