We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

As this year marks 10 years since losing my father after a long battle with schizophrenia & 9 since losing my Stepfather to suicide, I've decided to embark on a series of challenges in the hope of raising money for an important charity but more importantly, awareness around the subject of Male mental health and specifically, male suicide.

Suicide is the single biggest killer in men under 45 in the UK with over 85 men per week taking their own lives.

The devastation this causes to families is immeasurable.

My aim is, with your support, to help reduce the stigma around male mental health, inspire men to seek support and help to reduce the number of daughters having to walk down the aisle alone, sons having to grow up without fathers, fathers without sons, wives and mothers having to be both mum and dad and to show all of the men in our lives that there is a way forward.

We can tackle these issues together. 1 small challenge at a time.

Thank You
