I am one of 75 people from Coutts spending the 19th March 2016 walking, running, cycling or canoeing on/near Lake Coniston in an effort to raise money for Sport Relief and Carers UK 

I will be running the Coniston14 road race in support of Carers UK.

Every day 6,000 people become carers in the UK - It can be bewildering if you don't know where to turn for help and support. Carers UK puts carers in touch with those people who understand what it means to be a carer. With your support we can help Carers UK make sure no-one has to care alone.

The team's initial fundraising target was £28,000. With five weeks, to go we have decided to aim for £50,000...Even the smallest donations will make a difference and I hope you will donate generously.
