This International Women’s Day Think Inspire and Create, Databasix and Freeths LLP are coming together to unite for women and ‘choose to challenge’. In aid of Smart Works Reading.

Smart Works Reading helps unemployed women in the Thames Valley who have a confirmed interview or are looking for support finding a job. 

The charity offers free interview coaching to help with interview skills and confidence, as well as high-quality interview clothing and a new workwear wardrobe if they are successful in getting the job.

Smart Works is a national charity which was set up in 2013 in London and has since opened branches in Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Reading, Birmingham, and Leeds. 

The Reading centre was established in 2015 and has helped around 700 women into work.
