Story

Alan Albert Ball passed away on Monday 27th February, surrounded by his family he went peacefully.

Grandad lived an amazing life, with great friends, family and lots of wonderful memories. Although he fought until the end, he is finally back with his beloved wife Rita.

We are running Southends half marathon in June! This is a massive challenge for us both, however we’re both excited to put the work in and run all 13.1 miles!!

We are asking for donations to London Ambulance Services, instead of flowers as they saved his life on more than one occasions, and was always so caring and compassionate to not only him but those surrounding him. He would be pleased to know that people were not wasting money on him but instead the money would go to a good cause, and often unsung hero’s.

Rest in perfect peace Grandad, love you forever.
