I am fundraising for St Ann's Hospice as they cared for my dad and this was one of my dads final wishes. Sadly, my dad grew his angel wings on Friday 23rd October 2015 after his battle with Lung Cancer. He was such a brave man right upto the end, and he still managed to keep smiling and making people laugh.

My dad was such a compassionate and caring man, whom was always willing to help others in their time of need. He never gave to receive, he just purely wanted to help others. He has done a lot for a lot of people and made a difference for his community in Irlam, where he had lived up until a few years ago.

I cannot thank the hospice enough for all they did for my dad as they gave him so much support and improved his quality of life and independence.
