Our baby was diagnosed during pregnancy with a heart condition known as TGA. We knew from 20 weeks that Naila will go to GOSH for open heart surgery to correct her heart condition.

Naila had her heart surgery at 9 days old Naila’s surgery went amazing. But what followed nobody could have ever prepared us for. Naila less than 24 hours after her operation had to have her chest reopened another two times. Naila suffered a cardiac arrest and fought against so many infections which also led to organ failure. Naila in her 9 weeks of life developed many complications. Despite how sick Naila was her personality shined and eyes glistened.

Naila fought hard for 9 weeks. She was the sassiest little girl with the largest personality who stole not only the hearts of family and friends but that of nurses and doctors too. Naila was known as the baby with the personality and sass too big for her body and age. But 9 weeks later Naila got tired and gained her angel wings.

Naila Is A Beautiful Gift. Our Baby Who Taught Us To Have Fight And Strength Even In The Darkest Times. Her Eyes Told A Story And Her Face Was The Most Beautiful Face We’d Laid Eyes On. She Truly Was A Gift From God. Her Purpose Was Far More Than We Could Have Ever Thought Possible And Time Patience And Trust Will Guide Us To Her Purpose 🤲🏼

Nobody or nothing could have ever prepared us for loosing our world our perfect little girl but Naila brought happiness in the darkest of times.

For us as parents we know how hard life is without your loved one by your side. In Naila’s name and Naila’s memory we want to be able to help children that have lost their strength the people who fought for them. The basic necessities of life that their parents can no longer provide for them.
