Me and Pat along with a group of friends are doing a cycle ride in support of the My Wish Charity. We are going to cycle from Mildenhall in Suffolk over to the coast at Southwold around 64 miles. Planned date is 7th August, but would reschedule if weather was poor.

Reason for doing this is very personal to me and my family, to say a big thank you to West Suffolk Hospital and My Wish for the fantastic help and support my father received while being treated at the WSH Macmillan unit.

Sadly I lost my father (Len Jenkins) earlier this year due to Sepsis and AML, so I would like to try to give a little something back in support of this great charity.

Some of us are not at our fittest, but we are looking forward to the challenge and having some fun on the day.
