At INTO Colorado State University, we are raising money for a wonderful group on our campus, the Fostering Success Program (FSP). The Fostering Success Program at CSU is made of faculty, staff, and volunteers who support nearly 200 students from independent backgrounds through volunteering, scholarships, events, academic support, and more.  

The main purpose of our current fundraiser is to support their care package program. One longstanding tradition of the FSP is to provide students with care packages throughout each semester. These packages can include items from snacks and gift cards to school items such as notebooks, binders, and pencils.  At INTO CSU, we want to do our best to ensure that we can support FSP in continuing to provide this service to its students.

• Mission: Utilizing a solution-focused approach, we provide academic, financial, personal, and career support. By constructing a web of resources, students create an empowered and confident community working toward graduation

• Vision: The Fostering Success Program builds a sense of belonging and support among independent students to foster growth and success in college and beyond

• Mentoring: Partnering with Educate Tomorrow, the FSP is able to provide mentoring services in which an upperclassman in the program guides and supports new incoming students through
  their first year
