We provide emergency support to seafarers to give help and hope for crews worldwide

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Team IMO 2019 JustGiving page.

We did it!  All 16 member of Team IMO completed the 100KM ride, including a stop at IMO Headquarters for a photo.  No injuries (other than some sore legs), no breakdowns - a very good time was had by all, and for a very worthy cause.

We are tremendously gratified by all of you who have so generously given so far.  We have exceeded our goal, thanks to you!  Your support for seafarer's welfare is most noteworthy and will translate into better conditions for seafarers around the world.  Well done!

Special thanks to the IMO Maritime Attache's and Representatives Club for their most generous donation before the IMO Secretary-General, made at the opening session of the Maritime Safety Committee on June 5th.  Further special thanks to SafeBridge of Cyprus for their generosity.  You both have set a remarkable standard.

But, we are not done yet!  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

This page will be open for another 2 months, there is still time to donate.  If you have not done so already, please consider it.
