Our outdoor yoga is back this summer in Fitzgerald Park! Every Saturday, weather dependent, we will roll our mats in nature and practise for the greater good. This is a class by donation for our charity partner, Cork Simon Community. 

Places must be booked in advance on www.himalayayogaonline.com/classes or through the Himalaya Yoga Valley app in order to attend the event.

We ask everyone who attends to donate a minimum of €5 to help this incredible cause.
