We're going to take part in the Coniston Adventure Team Triathlon Challenge.  We'll be hiking 10k to the summit of Old Man Coniston, then mountain biking 12k through the forest of Grizedale and finishing with a 1.6k kayak across Coniston Water. As kayak novices, we hope this won't result in adding a swim to our day!

We chose our team name 'Henson's Heroines' after Henson, our company sponsored Guide Dog puppy and, like all Guide Dogs, we think he is a Hero. We hope we do him proud and become Heroines!
