Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Henry Cavendish School JustGiving page.

Henry Cavendish Primary is a special school marked by the strength and power of it's community - something highlighted in the recent Ofsted report. The PTFA exists to help bolster this community by organising events, helping fund school activities and support the school in any way we can.

We have specific projects that we raise money for each year as voted for by the parents and teachers (such as new computers or AV equipment) but some of the things that the PTFA fund on a yearly basis are:

Funding the Library

Sports Equipment

Speaker Fund (Author & speaker visits)

Xmas presents for every child

SEN equipment

Year 4 Journey Help

Year 6 Journey Help

Sports Day at the Track

Black History Month activities

Early Years Picnic

Playground resources

Class teacher budgets

Treats for the children

A lot of our funding comes from PTFA activities and events that we already put on but direct donations are very welcome from those that are time poor and would rather contribute directly (hence setting up this webpage for donations)

Many thanks in advance,

The Henry Cavendish PTFA
