Story
I'm taking on the 31-Day Challenge for Change for MRCI to raise funds for an organisation that fights injustice and exploitation of workers, invests in people and communities to make real and lasting change happen. Every single day for 31 days I will break a sweat for the MRCI! I will alternate between a 5km run, a tough training session in my local gym (they are tough!!) or a home work out with weights (which I hate!!). But its for a great organisation doing vital work!
From the start MRCI's work has been led by people affected by the very issues they fight against - exploitation, injustice, inequality and racism. MRCI has had to cancel its two fundraisers of the year and now needs your support! Your money will support
- the brilliant Justice for the Undocumented crew to campaign for a pathway to papers for migrants and their families
- young change makers to tell their story of activism and inspire others to always take action against injustice
- the fight against exploitation in the agri-food sector
- migrant home care workers to shine a light on their contribution and organise for worker rights
- people to access their rights through MRCI's Drop-In Centre
MRCI work is more important now, more than ever.
Thank you for your support!**Please note, if you are giving a donation of 250 or more and pay tax in Ireland, you may be able to help MRCI get a tax rebate. Please visit mrci.ie/donate for more info.
