Oh wow,  I've signed up, next year im cycling from London to Paris!

As a lot of you know, I've taken part in the last 4 Ride The Nights and raised a lot of money for three female cancer charities.  I had decided that I needed a different challenge for next year and here it is!

It  combines my two passions: Girlguiding and cycling :-) I may only have been cycling for the last four years but Girlguiding has been part of my life for a lot longer: I couldn't wait to be 7 and be a Brownie - I progressed through the sections, was a Guide, Ranger and eventually a Leader. Aside from a short break whilst I was at university, it has always been in my life, and a couple of years ago I received my 20 year service award. 

But why raise money for Girlguiding? the money will help support girls and develop leaders, and hopefully enable people to take up opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable  to them.
