On the 27th May my cousin Kate, sister-in-law Ella and I are running the Bupa 10k in London.  This is partly in a bid to encourage us to do some much needed exercise but also to raise money for a charity which does important work in relation to illnesses which we know from first hand experience can be devastating for individuals and their families.
