Thanks for taking the time to check out this fund raising campaign. Many of my friends know that my mum died of breast cancer a few years ago. What some don’t know is what we learnt about living with cancer in the years before hand. Then a young vibrant woman at work was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in her early 20’s. Since her treatment she’s been an advocate for this small charity in the north east helping people to learn how to live well with cancer. 

So over a year ago I decided to do a sponsored hair cut in support of this little charity (donating my hair to the Little Princess Trust). But then 2020 happened and my hair just carried on growing. Now it’s just about down to my waist but will all be chopped off by the lovely Ste at House of Hair Jesomd. How short it goes might just depend on how much money I raise!
