Hello!

My name's Helen, and I'm running the Great Birmingham Half Marathon on the 15th October in aid of the following charities!:

• Ronald McDonald House Charity Birmingham

• Acorns Hospice

Both these charities were introduced to me this year, and after seeing them first hand, it's really given me an eye opener into how they operate.

I want to help raise awareness and funds for them to help continue their work!

I hope that you can help and share equally between these two charities!
