On the 10th of May to coincide with Mental Health Awareness week I will be taking on the 10x10x10 challenge Tabbing 10 mile everyday for 10 days day 1 will consist of carrying 10lb and each day 10lb will be added ultimately finishing with 100lb on the 10th day along with 10 body weight exercises at every mile
