I am completing the duathlon for my Grandad. He was a keen cyclist and was cycling up until he died. It is the beginner race, with a 2 km run, 10 km bike then a 1 km run. This may not seem far, but with my fibromyalgia it is a major challenge for me.

The hospice was a cause close to my Grandad's heart - due to them looking after my Nan in 1999. Anything I can do to help them, for both of their memories is very important to me.
