The dog pictured above has been funded by donations made on behalf of the team who ran the 2014 Reading half marathon for CP and will soon be partnered with someone who's life he will change, so much for the better.

My training started on 3rd January and so far I have done all three scheduled training sessions this week, including the two which involved walking to work and running the first 5k of the way home, practically all in total darkness!
