As part of the Stay Well Charity Challenge, colleagues from the London office are undertaking different physical activities during the month of February in aid of our London office's charity partner Toynbee Hall.
Activities include:
- 100 Marine press ups a day for 10 days
-Ski 27km cross country across the Jura Mountains in one day
-Workouts 3x a week
-Walk 100 miles during the month of Feb
It is a great opportunity to kick-start our new year, as physical wellbeing is strongly linked to mental wellbeing. This challenge will be done by walking, cycling, running, swimming, press-ups
