With the help of some supremely talented professional racing drivers, I am raising money for St. Catherine's School in Ventnor, on the Isle of Wight. The school helps young people with learning, speech and communication difficulties.

On Monday May 4th at 2PM BST, I will broadcast an esports racing event on Gran Turismo Sport, live on Twitch. The stream will feature the driving talents of Alex Brundle, Oli Webb, David Perel, Jake Hill and more. It will be available to watch here: https://www.twitch.tv/adamweller_

I decided to put together this event in light of the current global situation. It is a time where St. Catherine's would ordinarily be pressing on with fundraising events, but currently cannot, and more drivers than ever are applying their skills to the virtual world.

I was a student at the school for four years. I don't believe I would have gone on to work my dream job as a motorsport commentator and journalist without the help of St. Catherine's, and the skills I developed there.
