We are Bridget and Liz and in summer 2022 we will be riding 250 miles from south to north Wales on horseback. Starting at Margam, near Port Talbot, on July 24, we will be riding over mountains and moors to reach Prestatyn in three weeks. We've registered the event as part of the Horses4Health initiative which aims to highlight the ways in which spending times with horses is good for your mental and physical health.
